George Schell Classic

Three days before the 2026 outing, a derecho and severe thunderstorm system crossed from Illinois into NWI, spawning tornados that left a path of devastation we haven’t seen here in a very long time. There was some question as to whether we would even be able to proceed. But over 100 golfers and many dedicated volunteers came together to lift each other’s spirits, and we ended up having a wonderful day! Kudos to Lost Marsh for readying the course under the uncertain weather conditions. Proceeds from the outing go directly to the programs we provide in support of over 500 individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
