1. Direct Support Professionals: DSPs work with individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities to provide a safe and nurturing environment, positive and productive interactions, and a strong sense of independence and inclusion. The ideal candidate is able to be encouraging and supportive, and also empathetic and patient. We are looking for Direct Support Professionals in both our Community Living and Day Services Programs. Our group homes are located in South Holland, and the day programs are in Dolton, South Chicago, and on the East Side of Chicago. A high school diploma and driver’s license are required. Good writing skills and an aptitude for developing relationships are preferred. Training will be provided.

2. Home-Based Self-Directed Assistants/Qualified Intellectual Disabilities Specialist: QIDPs serve as resources, advocates, and partners for the individuals we serve, their families, public agencies, and service providers, maintaining an active caseload, and performing documenting, reporting, and billing functions. Salary commensurate with experience, plus benefits. A Bachelor’s Degree and a driver’s license are required. Good writing skills and an aptitude for developing relationships are preferred.
